At Rockwall Pro Health Chiropractic we strive to be on the cutting edge and provide the best care available today.  At our state-of-the-art clinic, the doctors employ the latest technologies including: all digital x-ray, decompression therapy, surface EMG, and multiple forms of rehabilitation therapies to evaluate our patients.  The doctors also utilize 9 different chiropractic techniques in order to accommodate different individual’s needs.
When you first enter our office, you will be greeted with a smile. Once you have completed the necessary paperwork, you will be taken on a tour of our state of the art facility. Once all questions have been answered, you will watch a short video about chiropractic and what we do at this office. We believe that looking at the individual as a whole person and not just a condition allows us to treat the root cause of the problem versus simply chasing symptoms.  After performing a full consultation and comprehensive exam, the doctors personally talk to you about your findings.  At that point, we customize a treatment plan specific for your needs.
Drs. Dave Engelken and Keeston Waters both graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2008 with Doctorates in Chiropractic as well as Bachelors of Science in Anatomy and Bachelors of Science in Health & Wellness.
Dr. Dave Engelken is originally from Wichita, Kansas and attended Wichita State University for undergraduate. Dr. Dave’s area of focus is in clinical neurology and related disorders.
Dr. Keeston Waters is originally from Brownfield, Texas and attended Texas Tech for undergraduate. Dr. Water’s area of focus is sports performance and related injuries.
Both doctors are very active in the community being part of the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce & Royse City Chamber of Commerce. They are also part of the American Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Association and Parker Alumni Association. Dr. Dave Engelken gives Health Talks around town for various companies and events promoting optimal health and wellness.
